Nutrition for Vision

While most people don't realize it, what you eat can affect how you see! Our eyes are as much a part of our bodies as any other organ, so they are influenced by our nutrition. New research has confirmed that nutrition can make a difference in our eye health. Most affected are conditions of Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD), Dry Eye Syndrome, Cataracts and Glaucoma. Dr. Anshel now lectures on these conditions and how to resolve them with proper nutrition.

If you use a computer you've probably got it!

In today's information society, we use our eyes in a near-viewing posture much more often than we ever have before. With the advent of computers, our near viewing situation has become more complicated. We have gone from a horizontal to a vertical work surface, our screen has it's own light, not reflected and we are staring at the screen for many more hours during each day, often without blinking enough.

Computer Vision Syndrome is that complex of eye and vision symptoms related to near work which are experienced during or related to computer use.
